Street Division
 The Street Division provides maintenance for the streets, right-of-ways, alleys and storm water drainage within the city limits of Sikeston, MO. This department is also responsible for mosquito fogging, the Compost Site, the Leaf Collection Program and our staff is trained in snow removal.

STREET CLOSURES

Effective 7:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 25, 2012, Col. George E. Day Boulevard will be closed to traffic due to a new sanitary sewer being installed. This work is scheduled to be completed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2012. R & K Curtis, Inc. will be performing the work. . All motorist and residents in the area are asked to use alternative routes to avoid this site, and are encouraged to use caution when in the construction areas.
