A veteran Councilman and former Mayor, Pullen has served on the Sikeston Planning & Zoning Commission and as the Council’s representative to the Sikeston Board of Municipal Utilities. Pullen is a past president of the Sikeston Area Chamber of Commerce, past president/director of the Kenny Rogers Center, serves on the Board of Directors of Alliance Bank, is past president and a member of the Lion’s Club, and serves on the Board of Directors of Ducks Unlimited. He has been honored as the SACC 1999 Citizen of the Year, 2001 Elks Citizen of the Year, and the SACC 2002 Business of the Year. He is the owner of Pullen Brothers Trucking Company. Pullen and his wife, Loretta, have two daughters, Mia K. and Angela B.

A native of Sikeston, Bohannon agraduated from Sikeston Public Schools and received a degree in business administration from the University of Missouri. Appointed to Sikeston's Land Clearance and Redevelopment Authority in 2003, Bohannon served as the Authority's chairman until 2005.
Active in the community, Bohannon is a member of the Sikeston Rotary Club where he served as president. A recipient of the Rotary Governor's Award, he was also named the 2003 Rotarian of the Year. Bohannon is a member of the Sikeston Jaycees, served on the Rodeo Board, and received the Jaycee Distinguished Service Award in 2004. For over 20 years Bohannon has been active in the Jaycee Youth Football program where he has served as a commissioner, coach and game official. A member of the First United Methodist Church, he served on the administrative board for two years and the church executive board for two years.
Bohannon and his wife, Kathy, have two children, Charlie and Natalie, who attend Sikeston Public Schools.

Bob Depro, a native of Sikeston and graduate of Sikeston High School, received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Southeast Missouri State University and earned his Master of Education Degree from the University of Mississippi.
Bob was a teacher at Sikeston Public Schools from 1966 - 2000 and then continued his education career at Southeast Missouri State University from 2000 to present.
Council Member Depro is a member of 1st United Methodist Church and is presently on the DAEOC Board of Directors.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He previously served in the United States Army where he completed Infantry School at Ft. Benning, GA, US Army. During his active duty service with the 9th Infantry Division, he and his unit were called to the Western States Fire of 1988. After his active duty service, his reserve unit was called for a tour of duty during the 1991 Persian Gulf War. For his service, Mike earned the National Defense Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal and the Humanitarian Service Medal.
Conway is a recipient of the Missouri Outstanding Young Missourian award and in 2005, received the Sikeston Jaycee Distinguished Service Award. He has served as president of the Sikeston Jaycees, Sikeston Area Chamber of Commerce as well as Chairman of the 2005 Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo. He is a member of the Sikeston Lions Club and a board member of the Kenny Rogers Children's Center.
Mike is a sole owner/member of Conway & Co., LLC, Certified Public Accountants. A member of the First United Methodist Church, Mike and his wife, Julie, have two beautiful children.

Councilman Hedrick is a graduate of Sikeston High School and earned a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He is a registered professional engineer licensed in Missouri and Colorado. He is a Sr. Consultant for PEC Consulting Group (PECCG.com) an international engineering consulting group involved in the minerals industry (cement, lime, coal and minerals). Hedrick has authored over a dozen technical articles published both domestically and internationally. He holds seven US patents.
Active in the community, Hedrick has been a past president of the Sikeston Rotary Club, Economic Development Co-chair on our Vision for Tomorrow Committee, Co-chair on the Sikeston Walking Trail Committee, and has served on the City Board of Appeals, Sikeston Traffic Committee, Industrial Development Board, Strategic Plan Implementation Commission, Board of Municipal Utilities and the Veterans Park Committee. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Teachout is a lifetime resident of Sikeston, graduating from Sikeston High School. She and her husband, David, have one child, Lauren.
Teachout earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, and is employed as the Human Resources Director for Bootheel Counseling Services of Sikeston. She currently serves on the First United Methodist Church Council. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the MU Parent's Association and the Southeast Missouri State University – Sikeston Campus Advisory Council. Active in Sikeston’s Vision for Tomorrow Strategic Planning process, Teachout served on the project’s steering committee, participated in the Stakeholder’s Housing key performance area evaluation, and is a member of the City’s Strategic Plan Implementation Commission.

Councilwoman Maude Harris has been a resident of Sikeston since 1985. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from Southeast Missouri State University in August 1985. Ten years later, she received a Master of Arts degree in Home Economics with a Food and Nutrition emphasis from Southeast Missouri State University in August 1995. Her Thesis was written on Nutrition Practices of Rural Elderly Scott County African Americans in the Missouri Bootheel. In December of 2008, she received her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. Her dissertation was written on A Descriptive Analysis of the Dining with Diabetes program in Southeast Missouri.
Councilwoman Harris was elected to the Council in April of 2010 for a three year term. Before being elected as a city official, Dr. Harris served on the city of Sikeston Higher Education Board, the Traffic Committee Board, and the Rental Ordinance Board.
Councilman Harris has been employed by the Scott County Extension Office since 1996 as a Nutrition and Health Education Specialist. She has served with numerous community service organizations aimed at improving the quality of life for local citizens. Her current affiliations include Open Door Fellowship ministries, Martin Luther King Day Planning Committee, Missouri Department of Health and Human Services Diabetes Advisory Board, Regional Arthritis Center at St. Francis board member, past president and current member of the Scott County Interagency Council, board member of the Scott County Transit service, and is the facilitator of the Multi-County Women’s Health conference held each year in October.
Councilwoman Harris is married to Michael K Harris, Sr. and has four children; Najawa, Alexia, Sloane and Kellar, and one grandson, Brendan
