Rental Ordinance Appeals Board

The City Council has determined it to be in the best interest of our citizens to preserve the quality of Sikeston's housing inventory and to protect its neighborhoods from neglect and deterioration which act as a threat to the health, safety and welfare of our residents,  The Appeal's Board is charged with hearing and making a determination on appeals resulting from the application of Rental Property Standards as outlines in the Section 8 Guidelines for Housing Quality Standards.
